Foster Places Sixth at Junior Olympics

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - NC State freshman Dani Foster competed at the National Junior Olympic Shooting Championships at the Olympic Training Center on Sunday, April 15. Foster participated in the women's air rifle event, taking home a sixth place finish.
After putting up scores of 389 and 388 in the preliminary rounds, Foster won a shootout to qualify for the finals, where she ended up tied for sixth placed with a score of 879.4.
Foster's score of 102.4 in the finals was the highest of all the shooters.
