NC State to Meet Kansas in Sweet 16

Raleigh, N.C. - NC State will take on No. 2 seed Kansas in the Sweet 16 Friday night from St. Louis. The game time will be 30 min. after UNC-Ohio, which will tip at 7:47 p.m. eastern. The game will be shown on TBS with Marv Albert, Steve Kerr and Craig Sager.

This marks the 12th meeting between NC State and Kansas, with the Jayhawks leading the all-time series 10-1. The teams last met during the 1996-97 season, when No. 1 Kansas downed the visiting Wolfpack, 84-56.
