Finished his career as the NCAA’s career leader in assists with 1,038, becoming the first player in NCAA history to break the 1,000 assist plateau … Named second-team All-ACC in 1989 and 1991 … Averaged 9.6 assists per game as a senior … Equaled the ACC single-game assist record when he handed out 20 during NC State’s 114-91 win over Maryland … Was the third player in NCAA history to average over 8.0 assists for his career … Is third in ACC history with 328 career steals … Was an honorable mention All-America by The Sporting News in 1990.
