Godley Named ACC Wrestler of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C.-- NC State senior Quinton Godley has claimed the ACC wrestler of the week award for his performance this past weekend, according to the league office. 

Godley, a 174-pound senior from Greenville, N.C., picked up two wins this past weekend, both of which were against ranked opponents. In Godley's first match on Sunday he defeated No. 23 Ryan LeBlanc of Indiana by decision 5-4. 

He would follow with another stellar performance in his second match of the day against No. 33 Matt Brock of VMI. The Wolfpack senior defeated Brock in overtime 4-2.  

The Pack wrestler now has a record of 27-12 on the season and is currently ranked No. 26th nationally, according to wrestlingreport.com
