RALEIGH, N.C. -
The NC State football team strives to be champions on the football field, in the classroom and in the community. Folks around the Triangle whose homes and property were damaged by the tornadoes that devasted parts of the area last month have seen the Wolfpack put that mantra into action in recent weeks.
Members of the Wolfpack football staff and players have taken time on two separate occassions to help and clean up the community. "We were all shocked at the amount of damage that had occurred just down the street from where we live," said Markus Kuhn. "It was the least we could do to help some of the people who lost so much."
