No. 19 Rifle Shoots Record Scores

RALEIGH, N.C. – The No. 19 NC State rifle team competed against No. 6 Army today, Nov. 11, in West Point, N.Y. The Pack lost the match, but tied its all-time team high in smallbore, while also shooting a season high in air rifle.
Sophomore Madeline Pike had a successful day, shooting a personal-best in air rifle (579) and total score (1146)
The Wolfpack combined to shoot a score of 2267 in smallbore, and 2208 in air rifle. The total team score of 4575 is the team’s best combined score by two points.
NC State now moves to 17-4 (14-0 SEARC, 0-1 GARC) on the year.
