RALEIGH, N.C. -
A small amount of tickets remain for NC State's contest against Central Michigan this Saturday at Carter-Finley Stadium beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are available for $39 via the GoPack.com online ticket store, or by calling the ticket office at 919-865-1510.
In addition to the action on the field, there will be plenty of entertainment to take in on Saturday. Garner native and American Idol winner Scotty McCreery will perform the national anthem prior to the game. The McCreery family holds season tickets for Wolfpack football.
The game has also been designated as "Bowl Day," as State honors its rich bowl tradition and program history. Several former bowl game MVPs will be honored on the field at halftime.
Past bowl MVPs will also be signing autographs in the Fan Zone from 1:30-2:30 p.m. The first 2,000 fans to the autograph session will receive a commemorative "Bowl Day" poster.
A display of the past bowl trophies will be prominently featured on the West Concourse in front of the Wolf statue. Fans have the opportunity to take photos with them.
In conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness month, the game will feature several in-game elements that pay tribute to those whose lives have been affected by the disease.
