Renew Your Vows With Mr. & Ms. Wuf

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Three decades ago, Mr. and Ms Wuf pledged to love each other “till death do us part” during halftime of a men’s basketball game against Wake Forest, becoming one of the first mascot couples in NCAA history to take the marital plunge.
They took their vows at midcourt of Reynolds Coliseum on Feb. 28, 1981, with the Wake Forest Demon Deacon mascot presiding over the ceremony.
Saturday, the couple will renew their vows in celebration of their 30th anniversary, and Wolfpack fans are invited to join them by renewing their vows at their seats. The Deacon will be on hand again to lead the ceremony.
One lucky couple will be invited to join the mascots on the court to renew their vows as well. They will also win a $1,000 American Airlines gift certificate to use for a second honeymoon. Register to win here through 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7.
