NC State Ranked No. 23 in AP Poll

RALEIGH, N.C. - - NC State is ranked No. 23 nationally in the Associated Press Top 25 poll as released today. The ranking is the first for the Wolfpack since the 2003 season.

The Pack is also receiving votes in the USA Today/ESPN Top 25 football coaches poll.

NC State (4-0 / 1-0 ACC) will battle Virginia Tech (2-2 / 1-0 ACC) this coming Saturday, Oct. 2, in a sold out contest at Carter-Finley Stadium. The 3:30 p.m. kickoff will be televised on ABC.
