2010 Football Parking and Ticket Guide
8/3/2010 12:00:00 AM | Wolfpack Club
The kickoff for Wolfpack Football is less than one month away! Football tickets and parking permits will be in the mail shortly. Donors should begin to see them on Saturday, July 31st via FedEx ground service, with the remaining donors receiving them into next week. Keep in mind that most FedEx ground deliveries do not run on Sundays or Mondays. Those with PO Boxes had their tickets shipped on Friday as well. Tickets for Vaughn Towers (suites and Dail Club), along with the associated parking permits, will be mailed separately and should be in the mail in about two weeks.
Parking is always assigned in priority rank order. If you encounter an issue with your parking permit or ticket assignment, we will make every effort to address it. Because of the enthusiasm of Wolfpack football fans, sometimes the volume of calls during the week tickets go out exceeds the number of staff who can speak on the phone at any one time. In this case, you may need to leave a voicemail with a staff member. Once that message has been left, that staff member will take ownership of your issue. Most issues will take 5 to 7 days to resolve. If you desire, you may choose to send an email to parking@wolfpackclub.com and include your name, account #, and issue and the email will be logged in our system.
All parking and ticketing issues will be collected for at least 5 business days, placed in rank order, and handled accordingly. We have found that more donors can have their issues resolved using this process. Please contact our office immediately if there is an issue and do not wait until closer to the start of the season.
As a reminder, parking permit requests should be made in detail during the ordering process each year. Last year's assignment is never the default assignment for this year if the new request couldn't be honored. The rank cutoff for each lot can be found below. Group parking requests are always assigned on the donor with the lowest (not best) priority in a group.

Special Note to Cardinal Gibbons, Faculty/Staff - Varsity Club, Trinity Lot, and TX Lot parking pass holders: You will notice a perforated stub on your parking pass this year. This stub is in place to protect each patron/donor's parking space. Our goal is to insure that adequate space is allotted for each assigned car and overcrowding does not occur. Upon admittance to these lots, your permit will be separated from the stub and the stub will be returned to you in order to utilize the coupon on the back. Passes already stubbed prior to entering the lots will not be valid. As this will take additional time for the parking attendants, we encourage all patrons to allow for this extra time by arriving as early as possible.
Also, for donors parking in Cardinal Gibbons, please know that entry into the lot on the two Thursday night games will begin at a time later than the 5 hours allowed in other parking lots. As Cardinal Gibbons is an operating school, the students, teachers, and parents must have time to enter and exit the school parking lots prior to the arrival of the numerous Wolfpack fans who park at their school. This is consistent with past years and is just a reminder to everyone. The Cardinal Gibbons Lot will open at 4:00pm for our two Thursday night games on September 16th vs Cincinnati, and October 28th vs Florida State.
The Wolfpack Club appreciates everyone's patience and enthusiasm as we head into an exciting season. Our goal is to serve our donors who make Wolfpack Football possible through their scholarship and capital campaign donations. We can't thank you enough.
Go Pack!
