RALEIGH, N.C. -
The NC State softball staff announced today that the team will host a series of hitting clinics in the winter of 2011. There will be four sessions in January (Jan. 4, 11, 18, 25), each focusing on a different aspect of hitting skills. These clinics will serve as excellent tune-ups for players for the upcoming spring softball season.
Each evening will contain three separate one-hour sessions (5:15-6:15 p.m., 6:20-7:20 p.m. and 7:30-8:30 p.m.) where a maximum of 12 participants, ages 10-18, will receive valuable individual hitting instruction.
To register for Wolfpack Softball Hitting School winter clinics, find the 2011 Winter Clinic link on the softball page of GoPack.com, fill out the bottom portion of the form, and send it to the address on the form.

There is limited space available for each session (a maximum of only 12 participants per hour), so interested hitters are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
Wolfpack softball opens the 2011 season on February 10 at USF in Tampa, Fla. The Pack begins play at Curtis & Jacqueline Dail Softball Stadium on March 10 against Memphis at 1 p.m.
