Shea McKeen carries his starting defensive end job into 2009 despite breaking his ankle late in the 2008 season.
McKeen looks to improve upon last year when he totaled 29 tackles, five tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
His season-best game came against East Carolina where he collected seven tackles and a nine-yard sack.
The 6-foot-5, 255-pound senior attended the University of South Carolina for a year before transferring to Nassau Community College.
