RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State rifle team heads to Charleston, S.C. to compete in the Southeastern Air Rifle Conference championships on Saturday, March 7. The Wolfpack will be shooting for its third straight title, fourth overall in program history. The Pack is undefeated this season in SEARC action after taking the top spot at the first three SEARC events this season.
NC State will be competing in the air-rifle only competition after setting school records in the event at the Great America Rifle Conference championship a week ago. Katie Siegert set a new school record after shooting a 584, and helped the Pack to its 2,298 air-rifle score at the contest.
