Charlie Rozanski began his tenure as the Director of Sports Medicine in 1992. In this role he oversees all the components of the athletics department that deal with health and welfare issues of the student-athlete. He is a licensed athletic trainer as well as a licensed emergency medical technician. Prior to his arrival in Raleigh he served as the Director of Athletic training at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell for four years. Before his stint at UMass-Lowell, Charlie served for six years at the Virginia Military Institute, two years as the assistant athletic trainer before being promoted to the head athletic trainer's position. He also served one year as an athletic trainer in the Chicago Cub's organization.
A native of Walpole, Massachusetts, Rozanski is currently a national officer of the National Athletic Trainers Association, serving on the Board of Directors. He was inducted into the Salem State College Hall of Fame in 1994 and has been named the North Carolina College and University Athletic Trainer of the Year by the North Carolina Athletic Trainers Association. Rozanski is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association, and has worked as a NATA Examiner, and a district officer. Charlie resides in Raleigh.

Originally from High Point, NC, Nicole attended High Point University and graduated with a degree in Athletic Training in 1994. She then went on to work with a local clinic, Bray-Maness, for a year before attending graduate school at the University of Oregon. At Oregon she worked with club sports, Women's Soccer and Football while obtaining a master's degree in Kinesiology. After graduating from The University of Oregon in 1997, she joined NC State's Sports Medicine Staff as an assistant athletic trainer for Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country, a position she held for two years. She then went on to serve as the athletic trainer for Women's Basketball for the following four years. In 2003, Nicole was named the Associate Director of Sports Medicine and now serves as the athletic trainer for NC State's Women's Gymnastics, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Golf Teams, and the Rifle team. In addition, Nicole also supervises all graduate assistants working in the Weisiger-Brown and Reynolds Coliseum Athletic Training Rooms.

Formerly of Burke, Virginia, Tyler earned his undergraduate degree (BS) from East Carolina University where he served as Head Student Athletic Trainer for football, men’s basketball, baseball, and women’s volleyball. Tyler joined the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars as the Pre-season Athletic Training Intern during the summer of 2003, and upon his graduation from ECU in 2004, returned to the Jaguars staff as the Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer for the 2004 NFL season. Continually striving to enhance his athletic training expertise, he came to NCSU as a Graduate Assistant Certified Athletic Trainer with football, subsequently earning his Masters of Science Degree in 2008. Tyler is certified by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification and is licensed to practice as an Athletic Trainer in North Carolina.

Stephanie started her tenure at NC State as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in 2003. Currently she manages the day-to-day healthcare specifically for the Women's Basketball and Cheerleading teams. She attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and received a B.S. degree in Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. While obtaining her degree, she served as an athletic training student with Women's Swimming and Diving, Women's Tennis and Women's Soccer. She then went on to complete her graduate work at Pennsylvania State University while serving as a Graduate Assistant working with Men's/Women's Swimming and Diving, Men's/Women's Ice Hockey, Men's/Women's Gymnastics, Women's Lacrosse and Football. Her master's research concerned risk factors involved in ACL injuries to female athletes.
Stephanie has been certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2001. In 2004 she co-authored a review article in the NATA's The Journal of Athletic Training entitled "Does Cryotherapy Hasten Return to Participation? A Systematic Review." Stephanie is originally from Charleston, West Virginia.

Andy joins the North Carolina State University athletic department from Austin Peay State University. While earning his Bachelor's degree at Huron University, Andy also played baseball there for 4 years. After earning his Master's degree, Andy then went on to Mercer University, the Philadelphia Phillies minor league baseball team, then to Austin Peay State University. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and is licensed as an athletic trainer in the State of North Carolina. Andy works primarily with the Wolfpack baseball, men's tennis, and women's tennis teams.

Josh's tenure with the sports medicine department at NC State University began in 2008. Originally from Woonsocket, R.I., Josh attended High Point University and graduated cum laude with a degree in Athletic Training in 2003. He then attended graduate school at North Carolina State University. At NC State he worked with men's and women's swimming and diving, women's soccer, and gymnastics. He then joined Elon University as an assistant athletic trainer for men's soccer and softball, a position he held for two years. Josh then returned to NC State as an assistant athletic trainer with men's and women’s soccer and wrestling.

The Los Alamos, NM native graduated from Colorado State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She earned her Master’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007. Before coming to NCSU, she worked for Murphy Wainer Orthopedics in Greensboro, NC. She currently works with Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Track and Field, and Swimming and Diving.
