Rifle Heads to GARC Championships

RALEIGH, N.C. The NC State rifle team will head to Oxford, Miss. to compete in the Great America Rifle Conference championships on Feb. 28 through March 1. The Pack will compete against seven other teams: Army, Kentucky, West Virginia, Nebraska, Memphis, Xavier, and host Ole Miss. NC State will compete in the smallbore on day one, and then air-rifle on the second day of the event. The Pack is currently 15-7 on the season, and scored the highest total of the season (4,524 total/2,290 air-rifle/2,234 smallbore) against top-ranked West Virginia two weeks ago.
The Pack will compete in the South Eastern Air Rifle Conference championships on March 7.
