The Dail Baseball Facility was renovated in the spring semester of 2004, and it now houses the new equipment room for baseball and men's and women's tennis. Located off of Sullivan Drive, the Dail Baseball Facility is directly accross the street from the JW Isenhour Tennis Facility.
