Series Tiebreaker Set For Wednesday

RALEIGH, N.C. — Just like there is no crying in baseball, there are no ties either, so NC State’s fall world series, which ended Sunday tied at a game apiece with one tie, will be conclude Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 with a three-inning tiebreaker.
Sunday’s game was a slugfest that featured eight home runs and ended in an 11-11 tie. Team Pack won the first game 6-5, with Team Wolf bouncing back to take Saturday’s middle game 4-3.
