Registration Information For NC State Open

The 2009 NC State Open will be held Saturday, November 21 at Reynolds Coliseum.
Those wishing to register for the NC State Open can do so at trackwrestling.com (see link above). The entry fee is $30 per wrestler, which can be paid on-site with cash or a school check. The registration period ends at 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 19.
Registration will be from 7 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. on the morning of the tournament. Skin check will begin at 7:45 a.m., with the weigh-in set for 8 a.m. Registration, skin check and weigh-in all will be held at Reynolds Coliseum.
The NC State Open will begin at 10 a.m. Weight classes will be 125, 133, 141, 149, 157, 165, 174, 184, 197 and 285, with no weight allowances being given. The tournament is double-elimination, and will be governed by NCAA rules. Matches will be seven minutes. Riding time will be kept for all matches.

A championship belt will be awarded to all 10 individual champions.
