Women's Tennis Finishes at ITA All-American

Pacific Palisades, Calif. - The women's tennis team concluded play at the ITA All-American Championships.
Lenka Hojckova opened her singles play in the qualifying round against Lauren Embree of Florida, losing 6-0, 6-1. Hojckova then played in the consolation bracket, losing to No. 40 Samantha Murray of Northwestern, 6-4, 6-2.
Hojckova then paired with Berkeley Brock in the qualifying round for doubles play. They took on Frank and Potgieter of Texas A&M, but lost a close match, 8-6. In the consolation bracket the duo fell to Pazo and Muci of Florida International, 8-5 to end their competition at the tounament.
The NC State women's tennis team will be back in action on Oct. 10 as they compete in the USTA National Tennis Center Invitational in New York, N.Y.
