Join former NC State and NFL player Mark Thomas on a walking tour of the training and weight-lifting facilities of the Murphy Center.

Thomas, who played for both the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Detroit Lions, is the co-host of 99.9-FM The Fan's afternoon radio show, The Insiders, with Scott Jackson.
