Rifle Heads to GARC Championships

The NC State rifle team returns to action and heads to the GARC Championships this weekend in Oxford, Miss. The two-day event will begin on Feb. 23, and will include the eight teams from the Great American Rifle Conference. The Pack's current record is 19-7 (13-0 SEARC/0-6 GARC) after taking first place two weeks ago at SEARC No. 6. At last year's championship, NC State scored a 4,503 (2,284 air-rifle/ 2,219 smallbore).
Following the GARC Championships, the Pack will head to Charleston, S.C. to search for its third SEARC Championship for the program.
