Nathan Mageo Signs with Football

NC State football has signed New Mexico Military Institute defensive tackle Nathan Mageo. Mageo, listed at 6-3, 285 pounds, was a big presence on defense and is rated as a three-star prospect by both Scout.com and Rivals.com.
Mageo recorded 26 tackles in 2008 at New Mexico Military Institute INMMI), including 12 for loss and 2.5 sacks.
Mageo was raised in American Samoa and was a standout athlete at Samoana High School who also played rugby and was in the "powerhouse" seat on the rowing team before enrolling at NMMI.
He will enroll at NC State in January and go through spring practice with NC State.
