Jerricho Cotchery caught five passes, including one touchdown catch, to help lift the New York Jets over the New England Patriots in week eleven. Manny Lawson made three tackles, including a sack, as San Francisco defeated St. Louis. Here is a quick recap of former NC State players in the NFL this past week:
Brian Clark, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Clark played at wide receiver in the Buccaneers 19-13 win over Minnesota, but he did not catch a pass.
Jerricho Cotchery, N.Y. Jets: Cotchery made five receptions for 87 yards including one touchdown catch in the Jets’ 34-31 win over New England. His longest catch of the day was a 46-yard pass from Brett Favre.
Leroy Harris, Tennessee Titans: Harris played at center in the Titans’ 24-14 win over Jacksonville.
Steven Hauschka, Baltimore Ravens: Hauschka completed three kickoffs for the Ravens in the 30-10 loss to the New York Giants.
Torry Holt, St. Louis Rams: As a starting wide receiver for the Rams, Holt had five receptions for 60 yards, including a 22 yard pass, in the Rams’ 35-16 loss to San Francisco.
Marcus Hudson, San Francisco 49ers: Hudson played at defensive back for the 49ers in the 35-16 win over St. Louis, and he recorded three total tackles.
Scott Kooistra, Cincinnati Bengals: Kooistra played at guard in the first tied NFL game in six years, a 13-13 tie against Philadelphia.
Manny Lawson, San Francisco 49ers: As a linebacker for the 49ers, Lawson recorded three tackles, including one sack, in San Francisco’s 35-16 win over St. Louis.
Sean Locklear, Seattle Seahawks: Locklear started at tackles in the Seahawks’ 26-20 loss to Arizona.
John McCargo, Buffalo Bills: McCargo was inactive in the Bills’ 29-27 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
DaJuan Morgan, Kansas City Chiefs: Morgan recorded two solo tackles in the Chiefs’ 30-20 loss to New Orleans.
DeMario Pressley, New Orleans Saints: Pressley has been placed on the injured reserve list due to a fractured foot, and has been out all season.
Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers: Rivers completed 15 passes for 159 yards as the starting quarterback in the Chargers’ 11-10 loss to Pittsburgh.
Koren Robinson, Seattle Seahawks: Robinson had two receptions for 11 yards in the 26-20 loss to Arizona.
Corey Smith, Detroit Lions: Smith recorded two solo tackles as a defensive end in the Lions’ 31-22 loss to the Carolina Panthers.
Pat Thomas, Kansas City Chiefs: Thomas was inactive in the Chiefs’ 30-20 loss to New Orleans.
Stephen Tulloch, Tennessee Titans: As a starting linebacker for the Titans, Tulloch recorded eight solo tackles, a season high, to help Tennessee remain undefeated with a 24-14 win over Jacksonville.
Tank Tyler, Kansas City Chiefs: Tyler started at defensive tackles in the Chiefs’ 30-20 loss to New Orleans, but he did not record any tackles.
