Bleakley, Grotz, Win Flight Titles

NC State women's tennis found success on the final day of the Residence Inn North Wolfpack Invitational in
"The Pack players had a strong tournament and they competed well," head coach Hans Olsen said. "We won matches decisively and we won a few coming back down in the score. It was a good weekend overall for our players."
Grotz and Barringer were perfect over the weekend in doubles and finished off the title with a win over James Madison's Khoor/Erickson, 8-6.
Bleakley won the Flight A3 singles title with three straight wins, including a 6-2, 6-4 win over Paige Kensrue of Elon.
Grotz, the No. 2 seed in the Flight A2 Singles bracket, won the title with a 6-2, 7-6(3) win over Mireia Gol of ECU.
Barringer lost her final match in the championship of Singles Flight A1, falling to USCU's Anna Novo, 6-4, 6-1.
