Week four of the NFL saw many great performances from former Wolfpack players. Adrian Wilson continued to impress fans after making his first interception of the season. Jerricho Cotchery had team-best eight catches for 106 yards against Buffalo. Here is a quick recap of the week:
- Brian Clark, Denver Broncos: Was inactive in first three games and was cut earlier this week.
- Jerricho Cotchery, NY Jets: Made eight catches for 106 yards with a long of 28 yards as the starting wide receiver in Jets 17-14 loss to Buffalo. Currently is fourth in NFL in received yards.
- Terrence Holt, Arizona Cardinals: Had five tackles as starting free safety in 21-14 win over the Steelers. Has 18 tackles and one forced fumble on the year.
- Torry Holt, St. Louis Rams: Starting wide receiver caught five passes for 52 yards in 35-7 loss to the Cowboys. Has 262 received yards and has two touchdowns on the year.
- Oliver Hoyte, Dallas Cowboys: Was not active in win over St. Louis. Started first two games of the season.
- Marcus Hudson, San Francisco 49ers: Saw action as a reserve corner in 23-3 loss to Seattle. Has four total hits on the year.
- Scott Kooistra, Cincinnati Bengals: Reserve offensive lineman who has seen action in all four of Cincinnati's games.
- Manny Lawson, San Francisco 49ers: Placed on injured reserve with a knee injury after starting first two games this year. Before injury, made 12 tackles and one sack.
- Sean Locklear, Seattle Seahawks: Made the start at offensive lineman in Seattle's 23-20 loss to Arizona.
- John McCargo, Buffalo Bills: Reserve defensive tackle in Buffalo's 17-14 win over the Jets. Has seven tackles, one sack and one forced fumble for the year.
- Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers: Starting quarterback who passed for 211 yards and completed 21 of 42 passes in 30-16 loss to the Chiefs. Has thrown 886 yards and five touchdowns this season.
- Corey Smith, Detroit Lions: Made two tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble as the starting right defensive end in 56-21 loss to the Eagles.
- Pat Thomas, Jacksonville Jaguars: Jacksonville had a bye this week. Has four tackles on the year as a linebacker.
- Stephen Tulloch, Tennessee Titans: Tennessee had a bye this week. Has three solo hits as a reserve linebacker this season.
- Brian Williams, Jacksonville Jaguars: Jacksonville had a bye this week. Was the starting cornerback in the first three games and currently has 12 hits this year.
- Mario Williams, Houston Texans: Made three tackles as starting right defensive end in 26-16 loss to Atlanta. For the year has 11 tackles and two sacks. Was a finalist for NFL Defensive Player of the Week during week one.
- Adrian Wilson, Arizona Cardinals: Starting safety finished with five total tackles and an interception in the Cardinal's 21-14 win over the Steelers. Has 32 total hits and one interception so far this year.
- Leroy Harris, Tennessee Titans: Tennessee had a bye this week. Has been inactive so far this season.
- Tank Tyler, Kansas City Chiefs: Reserve defensive tackle in 30-16 win over San Diego. Has two tackles on the season.
