Week six of the NFL was successful for many former Wolfpack players. Brian Williams made seven tackles and one interception in Jacksonville's win over Houston, while Philip Rivers passed for 156 yards in San Diego's win over Oakland. Here is a quick recap of the week:
- Brian Clark, Denver Broncos: Denver had a bye this week.
- Jerricho Cotchery, NY Jets: Starting wide receiver had five catches for 71 yards and 14 rushing yards in 16-9 loss to Philadelphia. Has 35 receptions for 484 yards this season.
- Terrence Holt, Arizona Cardinals: Made six total tackles as free safety in 25-10 loss to Carolina. Has 25 tackles and one forced fumble on the year.
- Torry Holt, St. Louis Rams: Starting wide receiver caught four passes for 33 yards in 22-3 loss to Baltimore. Has 32 receptions and three touchdowns this season.
- Oliver Hoyte, Dallas Cowboys: Was inactive in 48-27 loss to New Orleans.
- Marcus Hudson, San Francisco 49ers: San Francisco had a bye this week. Has nine tackles as a reserve corner this year.
- Scott Kooistra, Cincinnati Bengals: Reserve offensive lineman in 27-20 loss to Kansas City. Has played in all five games this season.
- Manny Lawson, San Francisco 49ers: Placed on injured reserve with a knee injury after starting first two games this year. Before injury, made 12 tackles and one sack.
- Sean Locklear, Seattle Seahawks: Starting right tackle in 28-17 loss to New Orleans. Has started in all six games this season.
- John McCargo, Buffalo Bills: Buffalo had a bye this week. Has nine tackles, one sack and one forced fumble this year.
- Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers: Starting quarterback completed 14 of 21 attempted passes for 156 yards in 28-14 win over Oakland. Has completed 116 of 178 passes for 1,312 yards and seven touchdowns this season.
- Corey Smith, Detroit Lions: Detroit had a bye this week. Has eight tackles for the year as a reserve defensive end.
- Pat Thomas, Jacksonville Jaguars: Was inactive in 37-17 win over Houston. Played in first four games as a reserve linebacker and has four tackles on the year.
- Stephen Tulloch, Tennessee Titans: Reserve linebacker in 13-10 loss to Tampa Bay. Has three tackles on the year and has played in all five games this season.
- Brian Williams, Jacksonville Jaguars: Made seven tackles and one interception as the starting right cornerback in 37-17 win over Houston. Has 22 tackles on the year.
- Mario Williams, Houston Texans: Starting defensive end had two tackles in 37-17 loss to Jacksonville. Has 16 tackles and three sacks for the year.
- Adrian Wilson, Arizona Cardinals: Starting strong safety made five total tackles in 25-10 loss to Carolina. Has 39 total tackles, two interceptions and three pass defenses on the year.
- Leroy Harris, Tennessee Titans: Was inactive in loss to Tampa Bay.
- Tank Tyler, Kansas City Chiefs: Reserve defensive tackle in 27-20 win over Cincinnati. Has four tackles on the year.
