Rifle to Host SEARC No. 5

Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State rifle team will host its first home competition, the SEARC No. 5, for the spring season on Saturday, Jan. 27 and Sunday, Jan. 28. The match will take place all day at the Wake County Firearms Education Center in Holly Springs, N.C.

The red and white enters the competition after setting numerous school and personal records at the Newkirk Invitational where the team was defeated by Memphis by a difference of just a few points. With a season high smallbore score, the Wolfpack posted a new overall record with 4,527. The Pack is currently 12-3 (8-0 SEARC/1-3 GARC).
