Visiting Team Guide - Softball

Dear Softball Athletic Trainer,
On behalf of North Carolina State University Sports Medicine Staff, I would like to welcome you and your team to Raleigh, NC. We hope your visit will be enjoyable. The following information should help you in preparation for your visit. If you require any additional information or need to make special arrangements, please contact us prior to your arrival.
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be present for all games and will be happy to assist you and your team. We will have a Team Physician on call in the event of an emergency. Reynolds Coliseum Athletic Training Room will be available for you to use with the following:
- Cups and Water
- Injury Ice and Bags
- Crutches
- Splints
- Biohazard Cleaning Supplies and Containers
- Table for evaluation and/or taping
- Hydrocollator Unit
- Combination Ultrasound and Electrical Stimulation Unit
Should your team need to use the Athletic Training Facility, please call a member of our Sports Medicine Staff 24 hours prior to your arrival to set up a time for pre-game treatments. If a Certified Athletic Trainer will not be traveling with the team and you do require our facility, please inform us prior to your arrival and send written prescriptions and supplies for treatment of your athletes.
