Three-game Mini-packs Go On Sale Friday Afternoon

A limited number of football ticket mini-packs will be available on-line beginning Friday at 5 p.m. and by phone on Monday at 8:30 a.m.
Two different three-game packages will be available, one that includes NC State's three games against the Wolfpack's in-state opponents: Appalachian State on Sept. 2, Wake Forest on Oct. 14 and East Carolina on Nov. 25. That package will be available for $100.
The other package will include three home ACC contests: against Boston College on Sept. 23, Florida State on Oct. 5 and Georgia Tech on Nov. 4. That package will be available for $125.
"These two packages enable Wolfpack fans with busy weekend schedules to still enjoy several games throughout the season," said Chris Alston, director of marketing and promotions for NC State athletics. "It is also an excellent opportunity for families to introduce children to a game-day experience as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Carter-Finley Stadium.
"Since season tickets have been sold out six consecutive years, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy at least three Wolfpack home games."
The tickets are available because of the recent expansion of Carter-Finley, which added some 7,000 permanent seats in the newly enclosed north end zone. However, the supply is limited and a seventh consecutive sell-out is expected.
