Change in Radio for Men's Basketball Exhibition

Radio coverage of the NC State men’s basketball team’s 7 p.m. exhibition game against St. Augustine’s on Tuesday will change. Because of its election coverage, Raleigh affiliate WPTF 680 am will not air the contest. However, the broadcast can be heard on four other Triangle area stations.

WRBZ 850 am, 102.5 WKXU fm, WDOX 570 am, and WYRN 1480 am will all carry the network broadcast beginning with the 6:30 p.m. pregame show. WKXU, WDOX and WYRN will also air the local tip-off show at starting at 6 p.m.

The rest of the statewide Wolfpack Sports Network will not be affected by these changes.

Flagship WPTF will resume its coverage of NC State basketball on Friday night, when the Wolfpack hosts Wofford in the 2006-07 regular-season opener.

Tuesday's game will also be available for viewing on a tape-delay basis for subscribers to the Pack Pass video/audio package.
