William Lee Named First Team Academic All-American

NC State’s William Lee has been named an ESPN The Magazine CoSida Academic All-American for his academic prowess and athletic exploits this season. Lee, the team’s long snapper, has been named to the Dean’s list for all eight semesters of his collegiate career and has already earned a degree in mechanical engineering with a perfect 4.0.
Lee was an Academic All-ACC selection in 2005 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at NC State in mechanical engineering.
Lee is fifth on the team in special team’s tackles this season and helped the Wolfpack in not allowing a blocked punt in two of his three seasons as the starting long snapper. Lee long snaps for field goals, extra points and punts.
