Rifle Wins SEARC No. 2

Spartanburg, S.C. - The NC State rifle team claimed its second victory of the season at the second Southeastern Air Rifle meet in Spartanburg, S.C., on Saturday, Oct. 21. The Pack swept the competition defeating Mercer, NGCSU and Wofford.

Samantha Bullard shot a 575 to lead the Pack, followed Matthew Gifford and Jennifer Marshall who both shot a 573. Katie Siegert fired a 571, while Thomas Knight added a 569. Tori Kostecki added a 561 effort.

The rifle team will participate in the third SEARC meet on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Charleston, S.C.
