RALEIGH, N.C. - Riding a four-game winning streak, fresh off a three-game sweep of a respected San Diego State team and 7-1 on the season, the NC State baseball team has cracked the national rankings for the first time in 2005, breaking in at No. 30 in the Collegiate Baseball poll.
The Wolfpack is one of five Atlantic Coast Conference teams in the CB poll. North Carolina is No. 4, followed by Miami at No. 8, Georgia Tech at No. 13 and Florida State at No. 14.
