Wolfpack Football Season Ticket Update

Christmas comes early for most Wolfpack fans. Season football tickets left the ticket office Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM. Fans should expect their tickets to arrive early next week. Ticket buyers with street addresses will receive their tickets via FedEx, while those fans with post office boxes will receive theirs via the US Mail.
Over 37,000 season tickets have been sold for the 2004 season. While the vast majority of fans will receive tickets, there are some who will not receive tickets due to the continued demand for Wolfpack Football.
A few notes for all ticket buyers to remember:
Tickets
• All Wolfpack Club members with lifetime right seats or a rank of 1 to 6,000 have their priority seats in the permanent seats of Carter-Finley Stadium.
• All Wolfpack Club members with a rank of 6,001 to 12,500 have their priority seats in the temporary seats of Carter-Finley Stadium.
• Any Wolfpack Club member with a rank greater than 12,500 who is not a lifetime rights contributor will not receive season tickets. The Wolfpack Club and Athletic Department will contact these fans to resolve concerns related to the season ticket process.
• Due to demand and in an effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, regardless of Wolfpack Club rank, no requests for additional tickets above the priority limits were accepted.
Parking
• All Wolfpack Club members with a rank of 1 to 12,500 will receive their parking requests based on Wolfpack Club priority.
• All Wolfpack Club members with a rank of 12,500 or higher who are not lifetime rights holders will not receive any priority parking.
Refunds
• All fans will have the option to use their credit with the athletic department to purchase men's basketball, women's basketball and/or baseball season tickets and parking. A ticket office representative can explain these options.
• If this is not of interest, all orders for tickets and parking made with debit or credit cards will be refunded through a reverse credit on that card within the next two weeks.
• All orders paid by checks can either be refunded through a reverse on a credit card or by check from the university. Please know that the State of North Carolina requires social security numbers to issue check refunds. For all refunds in this category, a ticket office representative will contact the buyer to discuss options.
