Thanks to all of you for all your support of Wolfpack Football. Below are questions that are frequently communicated to the Wolfpack Club and Athletic Ticket Office as areas of confusion for customers. This may help you through some of the questions you have about the season ticket process. We want to get as much information out to you, the customer, to avoid any miscommunication.
All patrons who currently do not have a season ticket location, or are slated to be seated in the temporary bleachers have received notification of this by letter. Any annual season ticket purchasers from approximately rank 6,000 and above would have been sent this notification.
The letter details some of the options availbe to our customers in this range. Many fans have called wondering, "What does this refund/bleacher letter mean for me?"
We are continually exploring options to increase the stadium capacity and configuration by adding temporary bleachers at Carter-Finley. As a result, it has been difficult to determine where the rank cut-off for season tickets would be. The letter was sent to give you as much information as we had at the time and to inform you that a majority of our annual seat requests will be located in the bleacher sections. If you received the letter, that means that your rank falls at best, in the range that will be located in a temporary seating area. There is still the potential that our intended seating plans are changed and we need to refund or relocate your seating.
I did not receive a parking pass in my season ticket envelope.
Parking was available up to a rank of 12,500. If your rank is above that (and you don't have LTR's) you will be contacted and refunded as soon as possible. There are approx. 100 accounts that are LTR donors and do not have a parking spot yet. There will be a second mailing to send these donors their entitled spots.
I have not received my season ticket envelope yet.
Please contact our office if you have not received your tickets by Monday, Aug. 16th. The FedEx packages are being sent 2 day ground and the PO Boxes by US Postal Service. There is a chance you would not receive a package until Thursday or Friday the 12th or 13th depending on your address and proximity to Raleigh.
Again, thank you all for your enthusiasm and unending support of NC State Athletics. This time of growth has produced growing pains for many affiliated with the Wolfpack Football program, but the importance and end result of this growth is immeasurable.
