Florida - Yo what up, this is Ashlee Dean. I'm from Asheville, NC and I am a Criminology major.
Today was our third and final round of the tournament. We didn't tee off until 12:30 today so we got to sleep in a little bit longer. We woke up around 9:15 and went to eat breakfast. We arrived at the course around 10:45 and began to warm up.
It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed playing with UNCW and USC. We shot 317, not our best. We had to rush to the airport after our round and we didn't even get to shower. We grabbed a quick dinner in the airport and ran to our gate, only to find out that we had a delay of 30 minutes. So we sat and talked about our rounds while eating dinner.
We didn't play up to our potential, but we were glad to have the experience and we will build on what we have learned for next season. We look forward to more opportunities like the one we had this past week.
We want to say one last thanks to our parents and to those of you back at home who followed us all season long.
Peace.
