Grandpa!

Normally when NC State football coach Chuck Amato makes an off-season trip to Florida, it's to check out a high-profile recruit. But on Tuesday, Amato made a special visit to the Sunshine State for another reason: to see his first grandchild. Chuck and Peggy Amato are now the proud grandparents of 71/2 pound Sterling Amato Moon, who was born on Monday. The happy parents are Amato's daughter Selena and husband Jared Moon.

To be sure, Sterling already has football in his blood since his father was an All-ACC center at Florida State. Come to think of it, maybe grandpa was making an early recruiting trip to Lynn Haven, Florida after all!
