Brackman Shares ACC Rookie of the Week Honor

NC State's Andrew Brackman is being recognized for his play in the Wolfpack's games against Louisiana-Lafayette and Washington last week. The 6-10 forward from Cincinnati has been named Co-ACC Rookie of the Week along with North Carolina's Marvin Williams. In two games last week, Brackman averaged 17.0 points and 4.5 rebounds, while also shooting 70 percent from the floor.
In the 78-72 win over Louisiana-Lafayette on Wednesday, Brackman was the Wolfpack's leading scorer with 20 points. He also made all six of his field goal attempts.
At Washington on Sunday, he scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half.
Brackman and the Pack will be back in action on Tuesday night when they face Brigham Young in Provo, Utah. Airtime on the Wolfpack Radio Network will be 8:30 p.m.
