Last season, NC State led the nation and set an ACC record shooting 79.9% from the free throw line. On Saturday, the Wolfpack will go to the "charity stripe" for two good causes - the V Foundation for Cancer Research and the Norm Sloan Scholarship Fund. The NC State team will finish shooting 100 free throws as part of the Red/White basketball game activities.
Chris Corchiani will shoot on behalf of the V Foundation. David Thompson will not be able to shoot at the event, but made a $1000 donation to the Norm Sloan Scholarship fund and challenged the Wolfpack fans and all of those who loved Coach Sloan, as David did, to help with this great cause
Straight pledge donations can be made at locations throughout the main concourse of the RBC Center on Saturday or you can make a per shot pledge by printing a pledge form and mailing it to the NC State basketball office.

Come join the Wolfpack Basketball program for the Red/White Basketball game on Saturday at 5:45 pm at the RBC Center. Coach Sendek and the Wolfpack players would like nothing more than to start the 2004-2005 season with two very generous donations to the V Foundation and the Norm Sloan Scholarship Fund!
