NC State Falls 11 Spots in Coaches' Poll

One of five teams in the top 25 to lose on Saturday, NC State has dropped from 11th to 22nd in the latest ESPN/USA Today Coaches' Poll, released on Sunday. Defeated by Wake Forest 38-24 on Saturday afternoon, the Wolfpack will carry a 1-1 record into next Saturday's first ever meeting with No. 3 Ohio State, which held off San Diego State over the weekend, 16-13. Following their big win in Winston-Salem on Saturday, the Deacons (2-0) cracked this week's new coaches' poll at No. 21.
