Annual Red/White Spring Game This Saturday

Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State football team will wrap up its spring practices on Saturday, April 12, with the annual Red/White Spring game at 1:00 p.m. at Carter-Finley Stadium. The event will begin with special teams drills around 1:00 p.m., followed by a situational, controlled scrimmage that will match the offense against the defense.
In addition to the game, cheerleaders, band and the dance team will all be at the game. The 2003 football posters will be available, while supplies last. Also, the NC State Ticket Office will be on hand to take season ticket orders and information.
Limited Edition 2002 Season Lithographs will be on sale on the concourse, as well as 'Step-Up:' The 2003 Gator Bowl Champion NC State Wolfpack official highlight video. The VHS edition is $18.00 and the DVD, which includes bonus features, is $22.00. For more information, log onto www.gopack.com.
Admission is free to the Red/White game, and no alcohol will be permitted inside the stadium gates. Parking gates open at 10:00 a.m. Enter through gate C off Trinity Road. Stadium gates 2 and 3 will open at 11:30 a.m. Seating will only be available on the west (pressbox) side of stadium. The Murphy Football Center will be closed to the public due to ongoing construction.
