Raleigh, N.C. - NC State distance runner Chris Dugan was named ACC Performer of the Week after his performance this past weekend at Arkansas. Duagn, a senior from Scottsdale, Pa., provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:01.65. He currently holds the fastest time in the ACC, and missed an automatic qualifying time by just 0:00.15.
