Rifle Places Third in SEARC 4

The NC State rifle team placed third in the SEARC 4 hosted by Clemson on Saturday afternoon. The Wolfpack shot a score of 1464, thirty-two points behind first place The Citadel (1496) and two points behind second place North Georgia State (1466). Wofford (1036) finished fourth.

Individually, Jason Rice shot a 378 and was the highest finisher for the Wolfpack, placing second overall. Trey Ragsdale shot a 366, finishing seventh overall.

The Wolfpack will next be in action on March 3 at the SEARC Championship in Atlanta, GA.
