The NC State basketball team is finally being noticed. The Wolfpack, which improved its overall record to 18-6 with a 76-67 victory at Florida State on Sunday, is ranked 24th in this week's latest Associated Press College Basketball Poll. It is the Pack's first appearance in either of the major national polls this season.
The addition of NC State gives the ACC five teams in the Top 25 (Duke, Maryland, Virginia and Wake Forest), tying it with the Pac-10 (Arizona, Stanford, Oregon, UCLA and Southern California) for the most from one conference.
