A bye week certainly didn't hurt NC State in the eyes of those who vote in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll. Unbeaten at 6-0, the Wolfpack moved up three spots to No. 11 in this week's Top 25. It's NC State's highest climb in the polls since Dick Sheridan's 1991 squad peaked at No. 11 in the AP Poll.
The Pack will try to keep its record untarnished when it travels to North Carolina for a noon kickoff next Saturday afternoon. The Tar Heels improved to 2-3 with a 38-35 victory at Arizona State on Saturday night.
