Tar Heels and Wolfpack Will Kick Off At High Noon

The ACC announced on Monday that the September 29th football game between North Carolina and NC State will begin at 12-noon and will be televised by the ACC/Jefferson Pilot Television Network.

The Tar Heels and Wolfpack, who will be facing each other for the 81st time, haven't met in Raleigh since 1996.
