1. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
2. How to Enter: You must complete an entry form, or its equivalent, in its entirety with accurate information. Failure to do so may be grounds for voiding the entry. Entry forms are available at Smithfield's Chicken `N Bar-B-Q locations. You may also enter by mailing a post card with your name, address, city, state, zip, phone number and birth date to: Chuck Amato Football, c/o Wolfpack Sports Marketing, PO Box 12900, Raleigh, NC 27605. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. The contest runs from 8/14/03-11/19/03 and is open to all residents in the Continental United States, except employees of Smithfield's Chicken `N Bar-B-Q, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any affiliated employees or subsidiaries of Capitol Broadcasting Company. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All entries must be received by 5:00pm on Nov. 19, 2001.
4. Smithfield's Chicken `N Bar-B-Q nor Capitol Broadcasting Company will be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entries are the property of Smithfield's Chicken `N Bar-B-Q and Capitol Broadcasting Company and will not be returned. By entering the contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the right of Smithfield's Chicken `N Bar-B-Q and Capitol Broadcasting Company to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the contest.
5. Prize: A total of twelve (12) winners will be randomly selected and each winner will receive one autographed football by NC State Head Football Coach Chuck Amato. No cash substitute will be offered.
6. One winner will be chosen by 2:00 PM on each of the following dates and announced on the broadcast of each football game: 8/30/03, 9/6/03, 9/13/03, 9/20/03, 9/27/03, 10/4/03, 10/11/03, 10/16/03, 10/25/03, 11/1/03, 11/15/03, 11/22/03. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
7. Prizes will be sent directly to the prize winners.
8. For the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after 11/25/03 but no later than 12/31/03 to: Chuck Amato Football winners, c/o Wolfpack Sports Marketing, PO Box 12900, Raleigh, NC 27605.
