For Koren Robinson, the waiting is finally over. The All-ACC receiver out of NC State can now concentrate on football after agreeing to terms on a six-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks. According to ESPN, the $8.85 million dollar deal includes a $3.5 million dollar signing bonus.
Robinson, who was the ninth overall pick in April's NFL Draft, is coming off a stellar season in which he established himself as one of the nation's premier wide receivers.
In leading the Wolfpack to an 8-4 record and a victory over Minnesota in the MicronPC.com Bowl, Robinson notched 62 receptions for 1,061 yards and 13 touchdowns.
The Belmont native will join his Seahawks teammates for the opening day of training camp on Sunday, July 29.
