NC State Student-Athletes Receive Degrees

The Wolfpack football squad leads the way with 11 graduates. Former players Clayton While, Jarvis Borum and Derek Roberts will all leave following graduation to attend NFL mini-camps. Five members of the NC State men's basketball team will earn degrees this year: Kenny Inge, Damon Thornton, Ron Kelley, Cornelius Williams and Archie Miller. Miller will return for his final season of eligibility with the Wolfpack while attending graduate school.
Graduating cross country runners Amy Beykirch and Meredith Price of the volleyball team have both earned Academic All-America honors and were awarded postgraduate scholarships. Gymnasts Kara Charles and Sara Dolan are four-time EAGL academic honorees.
