NC State Going To The Tangerine Bowl

Dear Wolfpackers:
First, I want to wish each of you and your families a very Happy Holiday season and thank you for your support of Wolfpack football this past season. I believe the program has taken another step forward and much of the credit belongs to you. To have a "PACKed" Carter-Finley Stadium for each home game was a tremendous inspiration to us.
Now, I am requesting that we take that same great atmosphere on the road to the Visit Florida Tangerine Bowl. The only question that the bowl committee had about NC State was if our fans would buy tickets and travel to Orlando. If we are to achieve our goal of building a program capable of competing for the national title, NC State must send a statement to bowl directors nationwide. That message needs to be loud and clear - Wolfpack fans will travel to support their team... anytime... anywhere.
This year is the ideal time to make that statement. The Tangerine Bowl is within driving distance and the hotel rates in Orlando are inexpensive (see Ticket and Travel Information on www.GoPack.com). So let's turn this year's Tangerine Bowl red with Wolfpackers.
WE NEED YOU AT THE GAME!
I am extremely proud of this team. They have worked hard all year. They won seven games for a second consecutive season. They became the first ACC team to defeat Florida State on their home field. Let's celebrate this team's accomplishments together in Orlando. Join us at Disney World for a Wolfpack Holiday party!
